The Communal Space is part of the Serenity Gully development in Bridgetown, WA — a collection of architecturally designed projects set within a tranquil natural landscape, united by a cohesive design approach grounded in sustainability, environmental sensitivity, and refined spatial planning.

Designed as a shared facility for group activities, the Communal Space supports yoga sessions, gatherings, and communal use. The open-plan layout is defined by natural light and effective cross-ventilation, creating a flexible and well-ventilated environment. An integrated kitchen supports shared functions, while repurposed shipping containers accommodate a massage room, storage, an accessible bathroom, WC, and shared laundry. These elements provide functional efficiency while introducing distinctive architectural volumes to the overall composition.
