The project transforms and extends an existing building to accommodate YUED’s new offices while respecting its existing character. The ground floor features a communal space open to the community for exhibitions and events, along with the building’s amenities. Offices are located on the first floor and connected to the ground floor by a spiral staircase, which serves as a focal point within the space.

The landscape design incorporates a community yarning circle and improves the parking and circulation around the building. Together, these works strengthen the building’s identity and presence as an urban landmark.
