I’m Tomas Beverina, an architect with experience primarily gained through projects in Argentina, Panama and Australia, currently residing in Perth.
My Story.
With nine years of experience, I blend my passion for design with a commitment to the building process and its technical aspects.
I focus on creating simple designs with strong impact, ensuring an understandable and efficient building process.
For me, simplicity is not only about aesthetics but also about understanding the nature of each material and how they interact in the design. The careful consideration of materials—both their composition and their combination—plays a pivotal role in shaping a project’s identity. By truly understanding the materials and considering the future users of the space, I am able to make thoughtful, sensitive decisions about material selection that enhance both function and form.
My designs have been built with me serving as the project manager, resolving daily issues between stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
Over the years, this role has given me valuable experience in construction, which has enriched my design process through continuous feedback. My work emphasizes the importance of aligning design with construction for successful project outcomes.
